The Comet combines our love for vintage offsets and combines it with our expertise in machining and working with aluminium. It is designed, manufactured and finished by our small team in Birmingham, UK.
Sonically, the Comet sounds snappy and full range, with extended high and low frequencies. As you would also expect with an aluminium neck, the sustain and resonance is endless and excellent. This is aided by premium Gotoh and Hipshot hardware and a hand cut brass nut.
Weighing in at 4.5kg/9.92lbs, the Comet is comfortable to play both standing or seated with well balanced weight distribution between the body and neck.

Aluminium Neck
The aluminium neck is machined from one piece of aerospace grade 6082T6 aluminium. It has a satin, brushed finish which feels quick and unobtrusive.
The neck profile is a Chunky C. Those used to a slightly larger neck will be right at home here. The satin, brushed aluminium combined with the highly polished stainless steel frets provides a glassy and smooth playing experience.

Body
The body design is inspired by our favourite offsets. The lower horn is slightly reduced and the upper horn is ever so slightly extended to help alleviate neck dive.

Pickups
As standard, we offer Bare Knuckle Pickups in our guitars. However, if you would like another manufacturers pickups installed, please get in-touch
Paint
We offer a wide range of classic colours in nitrocellulose lacquer. If you are after something a bit more unique, such as a metalic, metal flake or a burst, this is available upon request
Scratchplates and pickguards
The metal sections of the pickguard (end plates) are available in either brushed aluminium or polished stainless. They are 2.5mm thick.
The acrylic middle section of the pickguard is available in a variety colours. If there is something special you want, this can typically be offered at no extra charge
